Plain and simple: here's how my visits work.

What the service is

Senior Tech Visits is run by me, Brock Knechtel, as a sole proprietor in Longmont, Colorado. I come to your home and help older adults with everyday tech: phones, tablets, computers, email, video calls, photos, and printers.

Price

$65 per visit, and each visit is up to 90 minutes.

You stay in charge

They're your devices and your accounts. I'll explain what I'm doing as we go, and you approve any changes before I make them.

Older devices and your data

I'm not responsible for hardware problems that were already there, or for data loss. Devices can fail on their own.
I recommend keeping a backup of your important photos and files.
Before doing anything risky, I'll always explain it and ask you first.

Stay safe from scams

I will never ask you to pay with gift cards, and I will never call you out of the blue saying something is wrong with your device.

Scheduling

Need to change your visit? Just call or text me at (970) 591-2369 to reschedule.

Other companies' products

Products and services from other companies, like Apple, Google, and phone carriers, are their own. They have their own rules, terms, and support, and I can't control them.

Colorado law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
