The short version: I only use your information to help you, and I never sell it.

What information I get

Only what you choose to share when you call, text, or email me. For example, your name, phone number, email, address for the visit, and what you'd like help with.
What I see on your devices during a visit, while I'm helping you.

Only to schedule your visits, stay in touch about them, and help you with your tech. That's it.

I never sell, rent, or trade your information. I don't share it with anyone, unless the law requires me to.

I don't keep copies of your passwords, photos, or files.
I only open or look at what you ask me to help with, and only with you right there.

Just ask. Call, text, or email me and I'll delete your contact information.

This site has no forms, no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no ads. It doesn't load tracking tools from other companies.
The "Save to contacts" button on my digital card just downloads my contact details to your phone. Nothing is sent to me.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
